SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - The Department of Defense has announced the death of a soldier from Spokane in Afghanistan.    The military said 26-year-old Sgt. Matthew H. Stiltz died on Monday in Zerok, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with indirect fire.
