VICTORY FOR SAMSUNG: Britain's Court of Appeal has backed a judgment that Samsung's Galaxy tablet doesn't infringe Apple's rights with its iPad.
EMBARASSMENT: The reason? The lower court had declared that the Galaxy is "not as cool" as the iPad.
