DOWNFALL: Once an icon with its portable Walkman music player and Trinitron TV, Sony reported the worst loss in its 66-year corporate history for the business year ended March.
DOUBTS: Some shareholders at Sony's annual meeting doubt that even a new CEO can pull the entertainment and electronics giant out of its slump.
ASSURANCES: The new leader, Kazuo Hirai, tells investors that it takes the current troubles seriously, adding "We feel a sense of crisis."
