Former Shock quarterback Kyle Rowley has been assigned to the the Jacksonville Sharks, the team announced Monday. Rowley won the ArenaCup while with the Shock in 2006 and returned to Spokane in 2010 to lead the team to the ArenaBowl title. The former Brown University player was with the Shock
