Welcome Back, Mr. Tennell!

The Spokane Shock continues to add key players to its roster, signing receiver Adron Tennell to the roster on Friday.

Tennell has been an important piece to Spokane's success since 2011. He has a handful of records, including receptions (157), yardage (1810), touchdowns (40), and points in a season (240).

Below is the news release from the Spokane Shock:

The Shock have been assigned wide receiver Adron Tennell to the 2013 roster.

Tennell began his AFL career with the Shock during the 2011 AFL Season where he made the most of his rookie opportunities, registering 42 receptions for 469 yards and 13 touchdowns. Returning to Spokane in 2012, Adron missed only one game and confirmed his rookie season preview as he went on to set franchise single-season records in receptions (157), yardage (1810), touchdowns (40) and points in a season (240).

"Adron is a top receiver in this league and is willing to do what it takes to be successful. I anticipate him being a key leader on this team as well as having a skill set that is unmatched. We are very excited to have him back and expect great things from him in 2013 and beyond," said Shock Head Coach Andy Olson.
