The Inland Northwest Goes Wild For Tournament Basketball

LAS VEGAS, Nevada - The drive for the title begins now.

In the next several days the Whitworth Pirates, Washington State University Cougars and Gonzaga women's basketball teams will all take to the court, hoping to walk away with championship titles.

But right now all eyes are on Las Vegas where the number one team in the country, the Gonzaga men's basketball team, is hoping to dominate the WCC tournament this weekend.

Both Gonzaga teams will play on Saturday at the Orleans Arena.

The Pac-12 women's tournament begins Thursday night in Seattle where the WSU women will take on Arizona.

The Whitworth men are already on to round two of the NCAA Division Three tournament.

They play again this Saturday at 7:00pm, live on SWX.
