Idaho's Farquhar Named National Kicker of the Week

Idaho may have lost the game to Wyoming, but kicker Trey Farquhar won the battle. The senior was honored by College Football Performance Awards as the national kicker of the week on Monday.

Farquhar made all three field goals he attempted against Wyoming. He also hit all three of his PAT kicks. His field goals were 53, 49 and 26 yards. His 53-yarder was his seventh career kick of 50 yards or more and his third longest.

Farquhar has been successful on 119 of 122 PATs for a career percentage of 97.5.

Idaho fell to 0-4 after losing 40-37 to Wyoming on Saturday. Farquhar made a 49-yard field goal in overtime to put the Vandals up by three, but Brett Smith threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Jalen Clairborne to give the Cowboys the win.
