MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - Idaho basketball star Kyle Barone has been suspended indefinitely after a violation of team rules.
Coach Don Verlin announced the suspension of the senior on Monday.
Barone is a 3-year letter winner who enters this season as the team's active leader in points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals. He was a 2012 Second-Team All-WAC selection.
Verlin says Barone's status will be re-evaluated as the season progresses.
Idaho men's basketball holds its first practice on Friday.
