Eags Fall from Grace in FCS Top 25 Poll

Saturday's road loss to Southern Utah was a hard pill to swallow for Eastern Washington. Not only did they lose ground in the national rankings, they also lost the top spot atop the Big Sky Conference.

Northern Arizona (7-1, 5-0 BSC) is now in first place, with Cal Poly (7-1, 5-1 BSC) and EWU (6-2, 5-1) trailing by a game.

The Eagles fell from No. 1 in the national FCS Top 25 poll all the way to No. 7. North Dakota State (7-1) reclaimed the top spot, followed by Georgia Southern, Montana State, Sam Houston and Old Dominion.

Eastern Washington hosts Cal Poly this weekend at Roos Field. The game at 1:35 p.m. will be televised in Eastern Washington and North Idaho on SWX.
