King followed with a goal of his own at 10:25, firing a shot from the blue line past an unsuspecting Glover with assists from Dylan Walchuk and Collin Valcourt. After a penalty kill the Chiefs struck again, as Fiddler grabbed an errant past from the T-Birds and scored a breakaway goal at 16:11.Carter Proft extended Spokane's lead to 4-0 a mere 15-seconds later on a shot from just outside the crease on assists from Mikulas Rimmel and Riley Whittingham. Seattle got on the board at 6:50 in the second with Luke Lockhart sneaking a shot past Eric Williams. Lockhart's goal was the last of the period as Spokane headed to the third leading the Thunderbirds 6-1. It was Kichton's 50th career WHL goal and 200th career WHL point. Aviani tallied his second goal of the night at 11:25 with the help of a great pass from Gow to put a final exclamation point on Spokane's highest scoring game of the year.
