A 23-year-old man was sentenced in court today 11 months after he hit a 2-year-old girl with his car while drunk, and then fled the scene.  Timmy Nguyen was sentenced to 12 months in prison for vehicular assault, and ordered to pay over $37,000 in restitution to the family of the girl he hit.
