Washington State Patrol: Stolen Vehicle Suspect Tries To Hit Trooper

KHQ.COM - On Thursday morning a stolen vehicle suspect tried hitting a trooper, according to the Washington State Patrol. The motorcycle trooper was on the Hamilton bridge off ramp on I-90 when a speeding driver didn't stop as the trooper tried waiving him over. The driver attempted to hit the trooper who was standing off next to his motorcycle.

The suspect then sped off from the scene and was later apprehended at an apartment complex in the area of Boone and Lacey by Spokane Police.

No injuries have been reported. The vehicle the suspect was in was stolen.
