Vulnerable Adult Who Went MIssing Is Found ALIVE!

UPDATE FROM THE PEND OREILLE SHEIFF'S OFFICE: 71-year-old Erwin J. Bulgrin was reported missing from his assisted living residence in Newport.

Thanks to the assistance of local media, on 11/11/12 Mr. Bulgrin contacted the Pend Oreille Sheriff's Office and provided information regarding his whereabouts. Deputies confirmed that he was safe and passed this information to his caregivers in Newport.

KHQ.COM - The Pend Oreille County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in locating Erwin J. Bulgrin, 71, of Newport. Bulgrin left his home at the River Mountain Village Assisted Living at approximately 7:00 am on Friday, November 9, 2012. 

Later that morning Bulgrin was seen leaving Michael's Café in Newport at approximately 9:30 AM. It is believed Bulgrin might have been attempting to get a ride to one of the local area casinos.

Bulgrin has several medical conditions and is considered a vulnerable adult. It is believed Bulgrin was wearing a black or navy blue in color jacket and pajama bottoms. He also walks with the assistance of a walker.
