SPOKANE, Wash. - The three alarm fire at the Autumn Ridge Apartments has been ruled accidental.
Firefighters say the blaze originated on the exterior balcony of apartment A205; a second level unit. The fire originated in combustibles located in the far south portion of the balcony. The vinyl siding contributed to the rapid laddering of fire to the soffits where it entered the attic. All sources of ignition were eliminated with the exception of smoking materials.
