UPDATE: Suspected Stevens County Killer Not Tied To Kevin Harpham

COLVILLE, WASH. - We continue to look into suspected serial killer Israel Keyes ties to Eastern Washington. Keyes grew up in the Colville area, but sources within the school district tell us he was home schooled. We also had the chance to speak with Stevens County Sheriff Kendle Allen."He's just not a suspect in any of our cases," Allen said. "He was a kid when he lived here." Questions arose earlier in the week as to whether attempted MLK bomber Kevin Harpham had any ties to Keyes."He did not," Kevin's father, Cecil Harpham said. "Kevin did not even know him."
