SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. - A standoff at E. Kildea and N. Starr Rd in Otis Orchards is now over. Spokane County Sheriff's deputies tell us that they tried to stop a car because it had fake plates. When the car was pulled over, two male occupants refused to come out. Negotiators were able to convince the men to come out of the car. The standoff lasted for about an hour.
