UPDATE: Spokane Police have confirmed with KHQ that Andrew Palmer has been arrested and is currently in the Spokane County Jail.
PRESS RELEASE FROM SPOKANE POLICE: On April 13th, 2013, at approximately 10:35 pm, Spokane Police Officers responded to a Sex Crime in progress at an address in the N. 1200 block of Stone. The complainant stated that her ex-boyfriend forced his way into the house in violation of a protection order, assaulted her, and performed an unwanted sex act.
Officers arrived on scene and heard the suspect fleeing out the back of the residence, but did not see him. Officers set a containment perimeter around the area. A Police K-9 team attempted to track the suspect, but he was not located.
Currently wanted for First Degree Burglary, Indecent Liberties, and a Felony Domestic Violence Order of Protection violation is Andrew J. Palmer, date of birth 4/28/90.
Palmer has no current known address and is believed to be staying somewhere in the area. The Spokane Police Department is asking that anyone with any information on his location to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
