UPDATE: Person Hit By Vehicle In Downtown Spokane

UPDATE: 2nd Ave. is now open.

UPDATE: 2nd is closed between Cowley and Spokane St. The person that was hit has been taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The vehicle was going about 30 mph when the crash happened. So far the driver has not been cited. It's not clear who was at fault.
