Two People Killed On Highway 395

ADAMS COUNTY, Wash. - Two people were killed in a head-on crash on Highway 395 Friday night.  The Washington State Patrol says 24-year-old Justin Kelly of Newman Lake was driving southbound in the northbound lanes of Highway 395 about 24 miles south of Ritzville when he collided with another vehicle driven by 27-year-old Matthew Wade of Stanfield. Both were killed in the collision.  It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash. The collision remains under investigation.
