State B Staple; Mike The Concession Man

SPOKANE, Wash. - When you ask people what their favorite part of going to a sporting event is, most will say the event at hand. For some though, it's the concessions vendor.

Mike Means is a professional stadium vendor who has put in over 30 years of his craft. Mike works at many different stadiums across Washington. He works Century Link Field, Safeco Field and even places here in Spokane.

Over the last 17-years, Mike has gotten to watch the State B Tournament grow and change as it has progressed into the highlight of high school sports state wide.

Mike tells KHQ that he loves what he does and couldn't imagine doing anything different.

Mike also stated that the only thing he has seen change since he started working the tournament 17-years ago is the height of the players.
