Spokane's Most Dangerous Intersections

SPOKANE, Wash. - There have been nine crashes this year including the one that happened Monday at the intersection of Browne and Sprague. However, those cross streets are not even in the top thirteen for most dangerous intersections.

Previously, the most dangerous intersection was Division Street and Sprague Avenue, which is just one street over from where the motorcycle crash occurred.

That intersection is now ranked as the fourth most dangerous and has had 15 collisions this year. The most dangerous ones are the intersections with the highest traffic volume.

Here are the top four most dangerous intersections for drivers:

Greene Street and Mission Avenue near the community college has had 19 crashes. Hamilton Street and Mission Avenue has had 18 crashes this year.

Division Street and Wellesley Avenue has had 15 crashes this year.
