SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Police Department's Major Crimes Unit continues to diligently investigate two recent homicides: the Kala Williams homicide and the Sharlotte McGill homicide.
Dozens of search warrants have been executed and numerous DNA samples along with other evidence has been sent to the WSP crime laboratory for analysis.
The most effective way to bring a suspected killer to justice is to conduct an extensive investigation, which takes time to complete. SPD's Major Crimes detectives are fully committed to conducting a thorough investigation in order to solve these crimes and help bring closure to the family members, friends and the community.
