SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - Power is out to two major intersections in Spokane Valley: Pines at Broadway and Pines at Sprague.
A semi hit a power pole near the Spokane Valley library and brought the line down.
It is unknown when power will be restored in the area.
Motorists should avoid the area if possible since there will be significant backups and delays in the area.
