SPOKANE, Wash. - Police responded to a car accident in downtown Spokane Saturday afternoon.The incident actually started up north when police were alerted to a possible drunk driver near Division and Garland. A few minutes later, police found the suspected car at Pacific and Browne, although it was on its roof.Police say the car was traveling southbound on Browne when it clipped a vehicle at Division and Sprague, but kept driving. About a block later the driver hit a parked car near Pacific and actually flipped over onto its roof.
The driver was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say they are looking at this accident as a possible DUI.
