Right Now: Sheriff's Office Searching For Suspect In Liquor Store Burglary

SPOKANE, Wash. - Right now the Spokane County Sheriff's Office is searching for the suspect in a burglary at a north Spokane liquor store early Wednesday morning.

According to authorities, it happened shortly before 4 a.m. at the 'Liquor Mart' at Division and Magnesium, just south of the north Division "Y." Sheriff's officials say they believe when the alarm was tripped the startled suspect fled.

When deputies arrived they used a K-9 unit to see if the suspect was hiding somewhere inside the store, but the search turned up nothing. The owner who arrived shortly thereafter determined nothing had been stolen.

Sheriff's officials looked at surveillance video to see if they could get a description of the suspect, but it didn't show anything distinguishable.

If you have information that can help the Sheriff's Office find this burglar, call CrimeCheck at (509) 456-2233.
