Multiple Wildfires Burning Near Banks Lake

GRANT COUNTY, Wash. - Multiple wildfires in northeast Washington are forcing evacuations for homeowners near Banks Lake. The Grant County Sheriff's Department has confirmed with KHQ that they are conducting Level 1 Evacuations near Electric City, while Douglas County has conducted Level 3 evacuations on about 35 homes along State Route 174. Unconfirmed reports say that Lincoln County has conducted Level 3 evacuations as well.

So far there doesn't appear to be any structures that have burned, but firefighters are setting up an aggressive attack on these fires. Winds in the area are fueling the flames.
