SPOKANE, Wash. - One man is in custody Wednesday night, facing charges of DUI and four charges of hit and run after running a red light at Sprague and Monroe just before 10 p.m.
Spokane police tell FOX FIRST AT TEN that Nicholas Wright was driving west bound on Sprague when he failed to stop at a red light, hitting a blue lifted SUV. Wright did not stop, hitting three more cars before leaving his red pick up to try and run away.
Victims that he hit chased after him, bringing him to police officers as they arrived on scene.
No one was injured.
Sprague from Monroe to Madison was blocked for officers safety.
An investigation is ongoing.
