Man Dies Of Exposure On Spokane Sidewalk

SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) - A man found dead on a Spokane sidewalk Tuesday died of exposure to the cold.    The body of 57-year-old Benjamin Payne was found near a snow bank in the 500 block of East Hoffman Avenue.
