MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) - Bail was set at $125,000 for a Twin Falls man charged with raping an acquaintance behind a fraternity house at the University of Idaho. Moscow police arrested 21-year-old Jesse Vierstra early Sunday. The former University of Idaho student made an initial court appearance Tuesday and told Magistrate John Judge that he was innocent. Judge issued a no-contact order between Vierstra and the woman. Police say Vierstra and the woman were former co-workers who had attended a party at the Sigma Chi fraternity house on Saturday night and left the party together to go for a walk. The woman told police they started kissing outside and once they were alone, Vierstra forced her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.
