BLAKE JENSEN: With the urging of some strong southerly winds today, temperatures will be some of the most mild we will see all winter long. In fact near Walla Walla this morning temperatures were in the mid 50s! Expect high temperatures in our area to range in the low to mid 40s.
That means another round of mostly valley rain and mountain snowfall. Mix with that some wind, with gusts of up to 25mph today as a cold front passes over us. That cold front will indicate an imminent change in the weather as we go from some of the warmest temps this winter to some of the coldest so far by the weekend.
Wednesday: Mostly Cloudy, Scattered rain showers, Mtn. Snow. S 10-20mph, G25mph. High: 45°
Big cool down overnight after cold front passes. Expect rain showers to turn to light snow in some low elevation areas, mostly east of Spokane Thursday: Chance of some light AM snow then Partly/Mostly cloudy skies. High: 31° -Blake
