KHQ WEATHER AUTHORITY: The Next Weather System Is On The Way

KHQ.COM - We had a brief break from the active weather yesterday afternoon and last night but that's all about to change. More fog expected around the region this morning so be aware of that. By late morning/early afternoon the rain will start. Depending on where you are and what the temperature is when the showers start there could be some places seeing a rain/snow mix. Any snow showers today look to remain above 3,000 feet. After the rain starts today...there won't be many breaks for the next 5-6 days, with a chance of showers each day through Halloween.   Today: AM Fog/Frz. Fog. Showers by the Afternoon. SE to 10mph. High: 42°   Tonight: Mostly Cloudy, Showers. SE 5-10mph. Low: 31°   Tomorrow: Mostly Cloudy, Showers. S 3-5mph. High: 45°   PREVIOUS STORY: KHQ.COM - Look for a brief break in the weather before our next system arrives Friday. This system looks to bring more mountain snow and rain in the valleys. Additional storms will head into the Inland Northwest through the weekend and into the middle of next week.  Temperatures will begin to warm to near seasonable normal's this next week!   Friday: Morning fog, afternoon rain showers....fairly gloomy day!  42°/31°
