KHQ.COM - The next storm system will bring increasing clouds to the area. Precipitation will start out as snow on Friday morning over the Cascades and north of Interstate 90, but snow levels will quickly rise throughout the day. This active weather pattern continues through the weekend- with the possibility of accumulating snow on Sunday. Folks who have plans to travel on Sunday through Lookout, Stevens, and Sherman should be prepared for rough driving conditions. Friday: Mostly cloudy. Rain moves from NW to SE through the day.
