KHQ WEATHER AUTHORITY: Another Sunny Day In The Inland Northwest!

BLAKE JENSEN: We are still in a weather pattern that is dominated by a very impressive ridge of high pressure...and as long as that dome of high pressure is in place we will continue to see the weather we have been seeing. This is both good and bad news.

The good news, expect more sunshine and temperatures in the 80s even low 90s in some places. The bad news...until a new front comes through the smoke that plagues parts of central and SE Washington will remain a concern.

As far as conditions go...expect mostly sunny skies again in Spokane with a high temperature around 85 degrees today.

We will continue to warm up and could be near 90 degrees by the weekend.

Today: Mostly sunny, W wind 5mph. High: 85°

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny, N wind 5mph. High: 86°
