KHQ.COM - We are right in the middle of the jetstream right now, which means more rain for us today...surface winds didn't get quite as high as we thought yesterday but just about 1,000 feet up winds were gusting near 60mph...still a little breezy this morning with gusts around Spokane near 25mph, and you can pretty much expect to see showers throughout the day.
There will be periods where the rain stops for a bit...but overall showery weather continues into tomorrow. That keeps active flood watches in effect as some areas of the Panhandle and Northern counties could still receive up to an inch of rainfall through Wednesday.
