PRESS RELEASE FROM THE WHITMAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE: On 04-12-13 at 5:30am Whitman County Deputies received a report of a home invasion type robbery at a residence along State Route 195 near Pullman, WA.
The adult male victim told deputies one female and two males entered his residence and threatened him. The victim said he does know the female, but did not know the two males.
After the suspects left the residence, the victim called 911 and reported the robbery. Pullman PD stopped the fleeing suspect vehicle in Pullman and detained the three passengers. Deputies arrived and arrested the three passengers for: Robbery 1st Degree, Theft 2nd Degree, and Burglary 1st Degree (all felony level crimes).
Arrested: Matthew L. Evans, 24 years old, Lewiston, Idaho
Justin J.A. Jaquith, 24 years old, homeless
Andrea M. Sarvabui, 24 years old, homeless
Jaquith also had an outstanding felony warrant from Idaho for a parole violation related to a robbery.
The investigation is continuing.
