High Speed Chase In Spokane Valley Ends In Arrest

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Two people are behind bars Thursday evening after a high-speed pursuit through Spokane Valley.
Police tried to pull over a stolen vehicle in the area of Highway 27 and 32nd Ave., when the driver took off. A short pursuit followed, but Spokane Valley deputies had to terminate for safety reasons.
A short while later, the stolen vehicle was spotted by a Washington State Trooper who happened to be in the area.
Two people in the car soon abandoned the vehicle at a house in the area of 2600 block of South Adams. They took off on foot through a field, but were soon found and arrested.
Charges right now are still pending.
