SPOKANE, Wash. - One man is in custody Wednesday evening, facing two felony harassment charges after intimidating people with what witnesses say looked like a gun.
It happened in the Taco Johns parking lot in north Spokane. Spokane Police were called by numerous people, saying a man was waving a gun at them. When police arrived, the man was very un-cooperative, refusing to give himself up. After a few minutes of negotiation, police were able to arrest him without further incident. No gun was recovered, however, police did find a pair of vice grips on the man.
