BONNER COUNTY, Idaho - Alleged driver of pickup that killed off duty Spokane police officer Kurt Henson had a suspended license.   Brianna Knapp, 28, did not have a valid drivers license stemming from a 2006 DUI conviction when authorities say she hit and killed off duty Spokane police officer Kurt Henson near Clark Fork, Idaho. Knapp faces multiple criminal charges including driving with a suspended license and no proof of insurance. She also faces one Felony count of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in an injury or death.   Knapp appeared in front of a Bonner County judge Thursday afternoon after turning herself in on Wednesday. She did not enter a guilty or not guilty plea since it was her first appearance. Court documents obtained by KHQ state that Knapp told authorities there had been a "cup of alcohol" in her truck the night of the crash but she was not drinking and the cup had been from the previous day.
