**Press Release From Spokane County Sheriff's Office**   SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane County Regional Drug Task Force has located several documents and photographs, through their investigations, dating back to the early 1900's.    These documents include Civil War era photographs and letters, World War I photographs and letters along with many other types of authentic documents.    Spokane County detectives have attempted to locate the owner/owners of these documents with no success.    Attached are photographs of some of the items in the Sheriff's Office possession.    If you know the owner, or are the owner of these missing documents, you are asked to contact Detective Blashill at 509-477-3181.    The rightful owner of these documents will have to be able to provide some type of proof of ownership.
