SPOKANE, Wash. - The Lilac Bloomsday Association, in cooperation with The Inlander, is now accepting designs for the 2013 finisher T-shirt.

Deadline for submitting designs is Monday, September 24, 2012, and the Lilac Bloomsday Association will pay $1,000 for the design selected.
