COURT DOCUMENTS: An unidentified woman indicated to investigators that Spokane Police Officer Jeff Graves raped her.
The woman claims Graves used the GPS location provided on Facebook messages to figure out where she lived. The woman claims Graves eventually began showing up at her work place, too. She says he arrived at her home and work many times.
The unidentified woman claims Graves arrived at her home and workplace without invitation.
The woman involved claimed that over a three month span Graves contacted her more than one hundred times a day via fb messages.
The woman involved claims Graves messages on Facebook were aggressive and sexual in nature and she began to fear Graves.
PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: Spokane Police Chief Straub has placed an officer on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal affairs and criminal investigation.Last Thursday, May 9th, immediately after the Spokane Police Department was made aware of allegations of misconduct by Officer Jeff Graves, Spokane Police Chief Straub placed Graves on administrative leave and initiated an internal affairs investigation.
Additionally, the Spokane County Sheriff's Department and the Spokane Police Department are also conducting a criminal investigation regarding the allegations.
