SPOKANE, Wash. - An early Tuesday morning crash has landed one man behind bars and another in the hospital. It happened just before 3AM Tuesday near the intersection of Indiana and Monroe.
Police say a man riding a bicycle was going west on Indiana and failed to stop at a blinking red light. The rider went into the intersection where he was hit by an oncoming car.
The driver of the car was given a field sobriety test at the scene and failed, he's facing multiple charges including driving under the influence. The bicyclist was taken to a local hospital with injuries.
