BIG Changes Are On The Way!

KHQ.COM - The first in a series of storms to hit the region did so last night...and all the moisture in the air is once again causing for foggy conditions this morning. Expect an overall dry start to the morning, just contending with that fog, but by early this afternoon the rain starts again. That looks to taper off to showers overnight tonight but the wet weather continues into Friday, and the weekend. With warmer air coming from the SW snow levels actually on the rise today. In NE Washington and the N Panhandle they will be between 3,000-4,000' snow levels in the central Panhandle will be around 5,000' which is higher than Lookout Pass.   Thursday: Foggy but dry morning. Rain by this afternoon. E 3-5 mph. High: 41°   Friday: Rain throughout the day. Overcast. S 5-10 mph. High: 43°     -Blake
