ATTENTION SKIERS: Area Ski Resorts Opening This Weekend!

UPDATE: Mt. Spokane has confirmed that they will be open for business on Saturday!

UPDATE: 49 Degrees North is open for business this season.

WEATHER DETAILS:

Temperatures look to stay below the freezing mark until about 10am this morning ensuring any precip before then will be snow.

There is the chance for some light snow showers before temps become too warm and turn over to a non-accumulating rain/snow mix. Different story in CDA however, which sits under a winter weather advisory. 2-3" of snow are possible there by the end of the day today.

Also expect a breezy day with some gusts near 35mph. If you plan on traveling over any passes this weekend be ready for winter driving conditions.

With this storm the Cascades looking to get 16" of new snow.
