UPDATE: Pullman Police have arrested the 4th and final suspect in the assault on Dr. Dave Warner. Robert Bean turned himself into Whitman County deputies early Friday morning.
PULLMAN, Wash. - Pullman Police have confirmed that 22-year-old Matt Soriano turned himself in around 2:30 Friday morning for the assault of WSU Professor Dr. David Warner.
Police say Soriano was immediately taken into custody and booked on first degree assault charges.
He is currently at the Pullman Police Department.
In the meantime, investigators are still searching for 22-year-old Robert D. Bean.
He and Soriano were supposed to meet detectives at the Mukilteo Police Department yesterday but failed to show up.
PULLMAN, Wash. - Pullman police go to arrest assault suspects, only to find they are a no-show. Pullman police confirms to KHQ's Dylan Wohlenhaus that Pullman police detectives went to Mukilteo, Washington today to arrest Robert Bean and Matt Soriano. Both men are wanted in connection With the assault on WSU professor Dr. David Warner. Pullman police say detectives had agreed to terms to meet Bean and Soriano at the Mukilteo police department this evening. However they did not show up. Police say they believed they two men would corporate. Pullman police are now actively looking for them. Court documents show Bean and Soriano were involved in the altercation that sent Dr. David Warner to the hospital. It's unclear at this time the two men's involvement.
