Washington State Patrol: Driver Goes Through Moonroof In Crash

BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) - A driver was thrown through the moonroof of his SUV and killed in a rollover accident Tuesday morning near Bellingham.    The Washington State Patrol says the 52-year-old Ferndale man was not wearing a seatbelt. His car went off an icy road and rolled at least once before landing in a shallow ditch.    The Bellingham Herald reports (http://bit.ly/10F0k9J ) police discovered the driver pinned under the car. He died at the scene.    The moonroof glass was shattered, but no other windows were broken and the doors remained closed.    (Copyright 2013 The Associated Press. All rights reserved.
