UPDATE: Missing Woman's Estranged Husband Pleads Not Guilty

ASOTIN Wash. - We've obtained new information about the estranged husband of missing woman Rachael Anderson. On Wednesday Charles Capone pleaded not guilty to second degree assault and his reduced bond was denied.

Capone's public defender also asked the judge to reduce a $1 million bond for Capone but it was denied.

A hearing is scheduled for November 5th in Asotin County where the defense and prosecution will present to the judge if the case goes to trial.
