UPDATE: Graham, along with another person identified as Nick Wrenn, have been arrested. Graham is accused of shooting his girlfriend in the face. Wrenn was arrested on robbery warrants. Both Graham and Wrenn are expected to make their first court appearance on Tuesday morning.

BREAKING: Right now the SWAT team has surrounded a home in the 11-hundred block of W. Cleveland. The suspect is Joshua Graham, he's accused of shooting his girlfriend in the face. Stay tuned to the 2pm NewsBreak for the very latest.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police are officially calling the person they're looking for a suspect following a shooting in Hillyard Monday afternoon.

Police say 20-year-old Joshua Graham is suspected of shooting his 19-year-old girlfriend in the face near Helena and Everett on Monday. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of the wound. She is in serious condition. We are told the bullet entered her nose and is currently lodged in her spine. Hospital officials will wait to make a decision on surgery tomorrow. Police attempted to find Graham but were unsuccessful, and say they know of at least three witnesses that may have seen something. They are asking them to step forward and contact them, before they have to go find them.
