Sunset Grocery, Customer Robbed At Gunpoint

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane police responded to an armed robbery at the Sunset Grocery just before 10:00pm Thursday night.

Officers tell KHQ that two men, wearing masks, entered the store, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money. They grabbed an unknown amount of cash from the register. At least one customer was robbed as well. The two then ran out of the store.

Officers did call in a K9 unit to track the suspects, but did not have any luck. It is believed they took off in a waiting vehicle.
