Stuck Semi Causes Traffic Congestion

SPOKANE, Wash. - A semi driver under-estimated the height of his load when the truck got stuck under the Interstate 90 on ramp at 3rd Ave. and McClellan St. in downtown Spokane Wednesday evening.

Spokane police were called in to help with traffic control.

No word on if any structural damage was done or if the driver will be cited.
